At beykogrant.com, our mission is simple: make Checkers Master accessible to everyone, everywhere, for free. We believe that a game with thousands of years of history shouldn't be locked behind paywalls or complicated apps.

Why Checkers?

Checkers holds a unique place in the world of board games. It's simple enough for a seven-year-old to learn in minutes, yet deep enough that mathematicians and AI researchers have studied it for decades. In 2007, a team at the University of Alberta "solved" checkers after 18 years of computation — proving that with perfect play from both sides, the game always ends in a draw.

But perfection isn't the point. The joy of checkers lies in those human moments: the surprise double-jump, the clever sacrifice, the tension of an endgame with just a few kings on the board. We wanted to capture that joy in a clean, modern, distraction-free experience.

Who We Are

We're a small team of board game enthusiasts and web developers based across Europe. Our backgrounds range from competitive checkers play to frontend engineering, and we share a common love for games that make people think.

The Checkers Master project started in 2025 as a side project — "What if we built the checkers game we always wanted to play online?" Today, it's a polished, fast, and completely free experience that thousands of players enjoy every week.
